  • Initial interest for a specific location or project is gauged through a demand survey. Interested individuals are required to submit their requests via the online or offline application process.
  • The demand survey is an important step in determining the level of interest for each project, and only those who register their interest in the Demand Survey will be considered for further stages.
  • A demand survey under Facilitation Scheme was carried out to ascertain the firm demand of Flats/Plots at popular locations pan India from the environment.
  • Keeping in view the overwhelming response from the environment Demand Survey, Achal Sampattis has decided to negotiate with reputed builders in various locations to make available the Dwelling Units to Achal Sampattis applicants on concessional price.
  • Prior to negotiations with reputed builders, there is a need to know the genuine applicants, based on which reputed builders can be approached for bulk booking of Dwelling Units.
  • Applications as per format attached are invited from interested serving / retired Defense Personnel/Govt./PSU’s) widows and Parents of deceased Personnel along with Application Money in favour of Achal Sampattis payable at New Delhi.
  • The following procedure will be followed for conducting Demand Survey to assess viability of a proposed Scheme of Achal Sampattis and for registration to the Scheme thereafter :-

For Demand Survey Registration: – The most important step in the process of Project Planning by Achal Sampattis in a particular town or city is the Demand Survey

  1. This is the primary basis to assess the viability of a scheme, which is based on the number of personnel desirous of acquiring a Dwelling Unit there.
  2. This Demand Survey is undertaken through Legal Team etc. The personnel desirous of opting for the scheme are required to pay the Demand Survey Deposit as follows:-
    • Demand Survey Amount of Rs.51,000/- + GST, if the Demand Survey Applicant does not continue with the Scheme, then Rs.41,000//-will only be refunded.
    • Fresh Registration for Schemes: – Personnel who did not register in Demand Survey, but are now desiring to join the Scheme on its announcement are required to apply in the application form.
    • Scheme Registration:-Demand Survey Registrants desirous of registering in the Scheme when it is announced are required to apply in the EOI form.

    • Note: – Demand Survey Registrants for a scheme in a specific location will be informed on launching the scheme by the Achal Sampattis and will be given preference
      to be confirmed allottees in the scheme, subject to their acceptance      .

  1. Applicants can apply either online or offline. The online application process is available on the official Achal Sampattis website, where the application forms and other necessary documents can be submitted.
  2. The prescribed format for offline applications will be made available at Achal Sampattis office. Applicants have to submit the completed form with all necessary documents.
  3. After the Demand Survey is closed, Achal Sampattis processes the applications according to the demand received based on location preference, eligibility, and availability of dwelling units.

After analyzing the results of the demand survey, Achal Sampattis shall release the final list of  approved applicants. The list includes applicants who are selected for further participation in  the project, including options for specific units, payment plans, and timelines

Shortlisted applicants have to undergo the full application procedure, which involves submitting additional supporting documents, agreeing to a payment plan, and options for specific unit preferences..

The following is detailed information regarding payment plans, timelines for projects, and other future steps to be undertaken during this phase.

Payment plans will be different for every Achal Sampattis project or scheme, which will be declared in advance at the time of the declaration. Mostly, the plan provides choices as per the applicant’s wish, his financial position, and according to the terms and conditions of the scheme.

  • Initial payment: – A part of the amount is paid as a down payment, and the rest of the amount is divided into monthly installments or a flexible payment schedule.
  • Flexible payment terms: – Depending on the scheme, applicants can also choose between different installment plans or even pay through lump sum options.
  • Completion-based Payments: – Some plans may tie payment installments to specific project milestones, such as the completion of construction or the possession of the unit.
